Schultz And Forever: Falling
In December of 2011 then 17-year-old Danish singer-songwriter Jonathan Schultz aka Schultz And Forever uploaded his debut 3-song demo EP 'Odd Stories' to Bandcamp; the tracks were produced by his older brother Christoffer Schultz.
An eagerly awaited follow up, 5-song EP 'Celine', drops today in Denmark on Playground Music and gets a worldwide release February 4 on French label Cracki Records. (The EP was recorded in Paris last year.)
A 'Celine' release party in Copenhagen is scheduled for Thursday, January 31 at Stuen, Vester Voldgade 10 at 7 pm.
Hopefully, there will be numerous regular shows this year, perhaps even a full tour in and outside Denmark.

Don't miss the outstanding song "Marsha", track # 3 on his debut EP 'Odd Stories' which I sorely wish had an accompanying video. Listen below on Bandcamp:

An extensive winter tour featuring a full band kicks off January 30 and includes four UK shows, seven in continental Europe, ten in the U.S. as well as three in Canada. (a U.S. tour supporting Oklahoma band Other Lives took place last fall.)
The 3-track video was filmed over the course of one day on Osea Island, a little-known, privately owned island in the estuary of the Blackwater in Essex, England.

David Bowie: Where Are We Now?
David Bowie chose his 66th birthday to release both a new song and video, greatly whetting our appetite for his first album in a decade. 'The Next Day' drops in March.

The video incorporates footage of Berlin where Bowie recorded the albums 'Low', "Heroes' and 'Lodger' in the late 1970s; it was directed by American multimedia and installation artist Tony Oursler.
